Pine Island Turf Nursery guarantees that we start pineturf with the BEST QUALITY seeds, planted on the cleanest ground, fertilized, watered and trimmed under the optimum conditions that only constant personal supervision can insure.
We personally inspect the final product when it is harvested. No shipment of turf bearing the pineturf brand can leave our nursery, if it does not come up to our standards and specifications.
However, Pine Island Turf Nursery cannot accept responsibility for conditions after the sod leaves our hands or those beyond our control which lead to growth failure, such as:

~ Improper or noxious sub-soil
~ Improper installation
~ Sod not installed immediately on delivery
~ Lack of moisture
~ Disease inherent to site
~ Certain annual and perennial weeds that
develop after transplanting
~ Improper maintenance or neglect
~ Planting in shade

Claims must be submitted in writing to Pine Island Turf Nursery within 24 hours of delivery of sod. The extent of Pine Island Turf Nursery's responsibility will not exceed the re-supplying of the sod that failed. In no event shall the cost of the sod replaced be greater than the total cost of the original sod purchased. Labor and transportation costs of the replacement shall be paid by the purchaser.
